I’m Anella Hansen – a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Cognitive Therapist, Reiki Healer, and Mindful Motivation Therapist. Originally from Denmark, I now live and work in Mijas on the Costa del Sol, where I offer therapy to women, young people aged 12–25, and parents of children between 3 and 11 years old.
With more than 15 years of professional experience, my passion is to help people overcome emotional overwhelm, ease anxiety, break the cycle of overthinking, and build a healthier, stronger sense of self.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve supported women, young people, and families in navigating difficult emotions, finding clarity, and reconnecting with their inner strength.
