I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Cognitive Therapist with more than 15 years of experience working with women, young people, and families.
Over the years, I have supported many people who felt overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or emotional overload — and who simply longed to feel calm and steady again.
My work combines clinical hypnosis with structured therapeutic guidance and a deep understanding of how the nervous system responds to pressure. When we work together, we gently shift from tension and overthinking toward clarity, confidence, and inner stability.
